Welcome to YAN. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
YAN is an AI-driven photography analysis and curation platform. We provide image aesthetic evaluation, multi-dimensional scoring, and a community gallery for high-score photography.
User Retains Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload to YAN. We do not claim any copyright over your original images.
License to YAN: By uploading photos to the "Global Gallery" (photos scoring 85+), you grant YAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and feature your photo within the app and our official social media channels for promotional purposes.
Artistic Subjectivity: The analysis and scores provided by YAN are generated by Artificial Intelligence. These results are for artistic reference and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the "accuracy" of aesthetic evaluations.
Non-Permanent Data: While we strive to maintain consistency through hashing, we reserve the right to update our AI models, which may result in different scores for the same image over time.
Free and Premium Tiers: YAN offers a limited number of free daily scans. Once exceeded, users may choose to watch incentivized advertisements to earn additional scans or subscribe to a Premium plan.
Advertisements: Advertisements are provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of the ads or the products/services they promote.
To maintain the high aesthetic standards of the YAN Gallery, you agree NOT to upload:
YAN and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to the loss of data or the dissatisfaction with AI scoring results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
